Also threw in a solid 30 minute yoga practice today :)
Been super consistent being active this month, what a nice change from my insanely busy lack of everything athletic summer!
First week of Sept was very cardio driven, with 3 runs totalling about 10k and a 25k bike right with Dean.
Second week of Sept brought back a consistent gym schedule with four days of HIIT and one day of my beloved squash!
Third week brought two days of HIIT and one day of squash, and a long walk with the dog on Saturday.
This week is set for three days of HIIT and two days of squash. I’m so back in the grove and I love it! My lower back has been good, I’ve been stretching it out really well before everything, especially squash. Although the second and third week of the month brought insanely sore and painful inner calves. A three day active-recovery break seemed to cure that one. Damn double unders :)
We’ve come a long, long way in this short year and a half it’s been official. And as much as I don’t know where his head is at, right now I know we should be together and we are :) I feel so good! So happy, so satisfied in every way, I know he loves and supports me and I do the same for him. We’ve come a long way from him rarely saying I love you, to saying it a few times a day and all that jazz. I love him so so so much, and I am forever thankful I still have the opportunity to have him in my life. I will always be thankful.
